How many pages you need
A sharp five-page site sits at the lower end. The more pages you need — extra services, locations, a blog, dedicated landing pages — the more there is to design, build and test, so the price climbs with the page count.
Custom functionality
Booking systems, quote calculators, member or login areas, dashboards and portals all have to be designed and built from scratch, then tested until they're watertight. The more bespoke the feature, the more it adds to the total.
E-commerce
Selling online means product pages, a basket, a secure checkout, payment setup and stock management. A handful of products is straightforward; a large catalogue with variants, discounts and shipping rules is a bigger build.
Integrations
Connecting your site to other software — your CRM, email marketing, payment providers, booking or accounting tools — takes development time that depends on how fiddly each connection is.
